Nexus 2.5.2 업데이트 버전이 출시되었습니다.

Nexus 2.5.2 은 Derek Nexus 6.2.1 과 Sarah Nexus 3.2.1, Meteor Nexus 3.1.0 , Vitic Link 2.4.2.로 구성되어 있습니다.

업데이트된 내용은 아래와 같으며 자세한 사항은 첨부된 Release Note를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

•     Updates to Derek Knowledge (Derek Knowledge Base 2022 2.0), including: 

o  New alert 956 – skin sensitisation potential of uronium, halouronium or guanidinium salts. 

o  New alert 957 – skin sensitisation potential of activated phosphorous (V) compounds.

o  Scope modification of alert 477 – pattern updated to prevent the inadvertent firing of diketone compounds. 

•     Updates to the Sarah Training Set (Sarah Model 2022.2) – addition of Ames test data for new and existing chemicals within the model.
•     Updates to the Derek EC3 model (Derek EC3 Model 2022.2)* and improvements to EC3 Model Building Statistics. 
•     Bug fix - API name will now appear on ICH M7 Classification reports 
•     Bug fix – long compound names have been truncated in the M7 Classification flow to prevent the UI from breaking
